Currently, Victory Development manages property in Kaunas.
Victory Development II – (UIISI UAB ,,Victory Development II’’) received the approval of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania to act as an investment company under the Law on Collective Investment Undertakings for Informed Investors on 23 March 2020. Currently, Victory Development II manages property in Vilnius.
Victory Development III – (UTIISIB UAB ,,Victory Development III“) received the approval of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania to act as an investment company under the Law on Collective Investment Undertakings for Informed Investors on 14 December 2021. Currently, Victory Development III manages property in Vilnius.
Victory Development IV – (UTIISIB UAB ,,Victory Development IV“) received the approval of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania to act as an investment company under the Law on Collective Investment Undertakings for Informed Investors on 14 December 2021. Currently, Victory Development IV manages property in Vilnius.
Victory Development V – (UTIISIB UAB ,,Victory Development V“) received the approval of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania to act as an investment company under the Law on Collective Investment Undertakings for Informed Investors on 8 March 2022. Currently, Victory Development V manages property in Vilnius.
Victory Development Central – (UTIISIB UAB ,,Victory Development Central“) has been established to develop residential projects in prime locations in Vilnius city. The company currently awaits a license from the Central bank of Lithuania.
